On July 14, 2008 the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and Mme Barbara Kudrycka, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Poland, signed an agreement  that allows youth from Poland and Canada to travel and work in the other country for up to one year.
